It’s deeply personal.
For many years, I believed I was living the life I had worked toward. I was married to my college sweetheart, raising three daughters, and building a future that felt stable and secure. When my marriage ended, everything I thought I knew about my life shifted. I was faced with fear, grief, and profound uncertainty about who I was and what came next.
Like many women going through divorce, I found myself questioning my decisions, my strength, and my ability to move forward. What ultimately carried me through that period was support from family, friends, therapy and people who reminded me that I wasn't broken and that healing was possible. Through that process, I learned how powerful clarity, guidance, and emotional support can be during one of life's most difficult transitions.
Today, I do this work because I know how isolating divorce can feel, how transformative it can become with the right support. I help women navigate the emotional and practical challenges of divorce so they can feel grounded, confident, and empowered in their decisions. My goal is to help clients move through this chapter with intention, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels fulfilling and aligned on the other side.
This work is deeply personal to me. It's rooted in the belief that divorce is not the end of your story, it's the beginning of a new one.
